Manufacturing Technician
Chemtan Company, Inc. is looking for a dependable Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This hands-on position includes manufacturing specialty chemical products, operating forklifts, shipping and receiving materials, packaging finished goods, and helping maintain a safe and organized facility.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If that's you, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture products following established procedures
- Package finished products into drums and totes
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive and organize incoming materials
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist with inventory counts
- Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance
- Keep the warehouse and production areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures

- Basic computer skills
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
