Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-driven sales representative who can build relationships in the field, support existing accounts, and develop new business. This is a hands-on role that requires both sales ability and a willingness to be around field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Visit active job sites and build relationships with field personnel
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Recommend chemical programs and solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate with operations to ensure reliable delivery and service
- Track customer activity and sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Experience in oilfield, chemical sales, or related industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with both field personnel and management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel and visit job sites regularly
- Basic understanding of oilfield operations and equipment is a plus
