Chemistry
Atlanta, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 4/14/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/9/2026
OUR FORMULA.

Chemistry is a full-service hybrid agency designed for an uncertain world. The agency builds culturally relevant brands and solves complex business challenges by merging creativity, technology, and culture. With offices in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, New York, and Miami, Chemistry’s fully integrated capabilities span strategy, creative, digital, media, and multicultural content.

What You’ll Do.

Production Designers at Chemistry are the detail-obsessed executors who bring creative ideas to life — flawlessly and at scale.

As our next Production Designer, you’ll support the creative team by executing, adapting, and finalizing assets across a wide range of channels. This is a highly versatile role — one that flexes across production, animation, editing, and design to support the evolving needs of the agency.

You’ll play a critical role in improving speed-to-market for tactical deliverables, while also stepping into broader creative support when needed.

On Any Given Day, You Will

Asset Production & Execution

  • Execute and adapt creative across multiple formats including digital, social, OOH, and print.
  • Resize and version assets for various channels and specifications.
  • Prepare production-ready files that meet platform, vendor, and media requirements.

Animation & Editing

  • Create motion assets and animations for digital and social content.
  • Support video editing needs across campaigns and internal initiatives.
  • Ensure motion and video assets are optimized for performance and platform requirements.

Design Support

  • Step in to support design needs across campaigns, internal communications, and new business.
  • Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand executions.
  • Assist in building assets that maintain consistency across touchpoints.

Quality Control & Consistency

  • Ensure all assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Review files for errors in layout, typography, imagery, and formatting.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner with designers, art directors, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Help reduce turnaround time for production-heavy workstreams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

File Management & Organization

  • Organize and maintain working files, templates, and production assets.
  • Follow naming conventions and version control best practices.
  • Prepare and package files for handoff to internal teams, vendors, or developers.

You don’t just execute — you help the entire creative team move faster and smarter.

What We’re Looking For.

Science tells us that the most effective Production Designers combine technical precision with versatility and a team-first mindset:

  • 3–6 years of experience in a production design, studio, or hybrid creative role.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Strong experience across resizing (OOH/print), animation, video editing, and design support.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital production.
  • Ability to flex between production execution and light-to-mid level design work as needed.
  • Experience preparing assets for a variety of channels (social, display, OOH, print, video).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

This role is ideal for a versatile “utility player” — someone who can jump between disciplines depending on team needs, helping reduce reliance on freelance support and improving speed and efficiency across projects.

You’re someone who thrives in the in-between — equally comfortable resizing 50 assets, animating a social post, or jumping in to support design when the team needs it.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in an agency environment with fast-paced production needs.
  • Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.

LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.

How can we expect you to do your best work if you’re not living your best life? We can’t.

Come to Chemistry and take advantage of…

  • Generous PTO, because recharging fuels creativity.
  • Comprehensive wellness benefits, because peace of mind (and body) matters!
  • Donation Matching, give back, and we’ll double down.
  • Growth and Development Opportunities, keep learning, keep growing.
  • Retirement Savings, your future self will thank you.
  • Paid Parent Leave, family first, always.

BE THE CHANGE.

Studies have shown that marginalized communities such as women, LGBTQ , and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. However you identify, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. At Chemistry, we believe that diverse teams are multipliers.
