NextGen Pastor / Director

Lead the NextGen ministry at Shoreline Church in Monterey, California, guiding spiritual growth for students in grades 6-12 through discipleship and outreach efforts.

• Plan engaging events, train volunteers, facilitate teaching, and collaborate with church ministries to uphold Shoreline’s values.
• Explore Monterey’s coastal beauty, cultural landmarks, and outdoor attractions while enjoying a family-friendly environment and a strong sense of community.

• Proficiency in Biblically sound teaching, strong organizational skills, and building relationships with youth, volunteers, and families is a must.
