Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
