Position Responsibilities:
Hands-on laboratory work, conducting experiments, analyzing samples, etc.
General job functions ---
- Will be working under the supervision of a senior PhD chemist.
- Will support the resolution of manufacturing and product quality issues and provide technical assistance to the production team.
- Will assemble and set up lab equipment, perform synthesis and analytical experiments.
- Knowledge of various analytical techniques and instruments
- Observe and record all details and document the results of the above work.
- Perform minor maintenance on the lab equipment.
- Prepare list of supplies, parts etc. needed to conduct the synthesis work.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, follow chemical hygiene plan and all the lab safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree (organic chemistry courses) is a plus.
- Pay: $65-75K
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
