Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to oversee the efficient processing of outgoing shipments and incoming inventory. This role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Duties
- Request shipping documents from the Customer Experience team
- Determine shipping method utilizing My Carrier software
- Build and prepare all pallets
- Correspond all shipping information back to the Customer Experience team for entry
- Keep shipping area clean and organized
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution preferred, ideally 3 years
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, Kuebix software a plus
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Safety Awareness
Job Type: Full-time
