As Executive Assistant, you’ll support multiple senior leaders by orchestrating calendars, communications, and key projects so they can focus on strategy and results. What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and our executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive-level communications.
- Support key projects and ensure deadlines are met by tracking deliverables and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create efficiencies where possible.
- Occasional travel expected

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years as an EA supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; bonus points if you’re comfortable with project management tools (Asana).
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for the Chemical Guys brand and the culture we’ve built detail-oriented, fun, and always leveling up.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
