Job description
Immediate availability for permanent, full-time First shift (7:30am – 4:00pm) Material Handler / Production Assistant for an established chemical formulator in Butler County, Ohio. Close to I-75 / I-275.
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic cleaning of production and storage areas
- Using a forklift - assist with handling raw materials, drums, and totes (with equipment provided)
- Loading and unloading tote and drum trailers
- Safely move and organize materials in designated areas
- Support production staff with general housekeeping and material prep as needed
- Empty trash, sweep/mop floors, and maintain overall facility cleanliness
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to follow directions and stay on task
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience is preferred, but not required, will train if needed.
Pay: $18-20 per hour
