About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Chemist-Raw Materials to join our team in New Providence, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Natural or Material Sciences and experience working in a chemical laboratory.
The successful candidate will lead and execute laboratory project work on active and new raw materials at Chemetall/BASF with a primary focus on North America. Key responsibilities include managing approval processes, collaborating with global functions, participating in technical supplier meetings, and providing support for internal quality control.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to understand intercultural aspects, strong organizational skills, and a strong computer skills are required.
