General Summary
- Under limited supervision, carries out research projects within guides of regulatory compliance and/or Code of Federal Regulation.
- Duties include but are not limited to interacting with both internal and external customers at all levels and completing day to day operational tasks for the study.
- Direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants expected.
- Analyzes protocol specific requirements and implements measures to ensure stakeholder compliance.
- May coordinate low-moderate complexity research projects.
- Provides other support as required.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Six (6) years of work experience, with a minimum of four (4) years research and/or healthcare experience.
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or related field.
- Pediatric phlebotomy experience - specializing in babies/toddlers ages 6 months to 3 years (IV draws)
- Extensive experience in working with the general public
- Familiarity with the communication styles of young mothers (e.g. texting, social media, etc.)
