What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Project Management I- Full time- Clinical Trials Office position at CHEManager International?
GENERAL SUMMARY: Hybrid role- 3 days in office/2days remote
- Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President.
- Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project.

- Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience.
- Experience working in a team orientated environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams required.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Must have previous clinical trial experience and be comfortable teaching others about trial compliance, good clinical practice and regulatory requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred. Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
