The role requires hands-on laboratory work, including mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and PCR-based testing as well as data analysis. The Research Associate will work as part of a team under the guidance of Senior Project/Team Leads.

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support the analytical testing of cell therapy products to support development activities. The role requires hands-on laboratory work, including mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and PCR-based testing as well as data analysis. The Research Associate will work as part of a team under the guidance of Senior Project/Team Leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performing aseptic cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular assays
- Testing development samples on a routine basis to support process/formulation activities
- Documenting work and analyzing experimental results
- Reporting results out to project lead accurately and on time
- Support general lab maintenance including restocking and ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with adherent mammalian cell culture
- 1 year of hands-on experience with flow cytometry
- Be able to follow established techniques/SOPs in aseptic cell culture, cell and molecular biology to generate and analyze data in an accurate and reproducible manner.
- Capable of maintaining accurate records in electronic laboratory notebooks or paper forms/SOPs, appropriate databases, and inventories in a timely manner.
- Cellular therapy laboratory experience
- Experience in mRNA/DNA extraction and qRT-PCR/ddPCR
- Experience with ELISA
- Experience with pluripotent stem cells
- Experience with Good Documentation Practices
