Job Summary The Lecturer of English must demonstrate excellence in teaching and have commitment to integrating new technologies in the learning process. The candidate must also have the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower students to succeed.
The responsibilities for the position include teaching assigned courses, preparing and delivering lectures in a face-to-face and/or online environment, leading and moderating classroom discussions and contributing to the department's activities.

Responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the college level or 3 years at the Secondary level in the area of English/Language Arts
Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching in 2 Year College, Technical College, Community College, or HBCU institutions.
Proposed Salary Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

- Contribute to the design and development of new courses, course syllabi, and assessments.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and career paths.
- Participate in departmental and university committees and engage in other service activities.
