Manufacturing Operator III
Responsibilities
- Able to schedule and manage daily workload without Supervision.
- Safely perform and monitor chemical reactions, ensuring proper control of temperature, pressure, and material inputs in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Execute hydro-silation processes, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment of reaction parameters to meet product specifications.
- Operate and oversee distillation processes, including equipment setup, separation monitoring, and quality verification of output materials.
- Conduct induction, shear, and other inline blending processes by preparing materials, operating process equipment, and ensuring consistent processing conditions.
- Perform metered blending and continuous manufacturing processing, accurately controlling flow rates and material inputs to achieve precise formulations.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Chemical Process Technology Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive chemical operator experience
- 1 year hands on ERP experience
- Hi-Lo Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
