🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Water Treatment Sales Rep, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers protect their equipment, save energy, and stay in compliance—all while building a territory you’re proud of.

  • đŸ€ Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers (from hospitals to data centers to manufacturing facilities).
  • 🔍 Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
  • 📈 Perform on-site water testing & analysis (don’t worry, we train you).
  • 💡 Deliver smart, value-driven proposals that show customers exactly how they’ll save time and money.
  • 📈 Grow new business AND level up existing accounts.
  • đŸ€ Partner closely with our technical experts to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
  • 🔎 Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience (technical sales a plus, but we train everything you need!).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
  • Comfortable traveling within your territory.
  • Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about the world of water treatment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
