Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Workday business processes including hiring, onboarding, compensation changes, and benefits enrollment
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure tasks are routing correctly across departments
- Assist HR staff and managers with navigating new processes and understanding system logic
- Monitor system usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement or reconfiguration
- Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and Workday functionality
- Document and implement approved changes to Workday configurations
- Ensure alignment between Workday configurations and existing HR workflows
- Support annual processes such as open enrollment, merit increases, and position budgeting
- Validate data accuracy across modules and support data clean-up efforts
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadership
- Experience in Workday modules related to Benefits, Compensation, and Core HCM
- Strong understanding of HR operations and business process mapping
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Weekly status reports summarizing activities, issues resolved, and recommendations
- Documentation of recurring issues and proposed process improvements
- Updated configuration and workflow documentation as applicable
- Training materials or job aids for HR staff (if requested)
