Program Manager CMS / Digital Experience Platform (DXP)

Location: Lisle, IL (Hybrid onsite 3 days/week)

Rate: Around $70/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10 years of experience to lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise CMS/Digital Experience Platform. This person will manage a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on improving content operations, accelerating digital launches, and enabling more personalized digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS/DXP platform evaluation, selection, and implementation efforts.
• Manage RFPs, vendor assessments, and platform selection activities.
• Work closely with IT, Marketing, Digital teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Drive program planning, requirements gathering, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Lead the initiative from platform selection through implementation and rollout.
  
  

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, CMS implementations, or technology delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale CMS/DXP implementations or enterprise web transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Sitecore
• Optimizely
• Acquia
• Similar enterprise CMS platforms
• Strong experience with vendor selection, RFP processes, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complex programs across business and technology teams.
