- Proficiency in IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, and related technologies.
- DataCap experience a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of database management, scripting, and network protocols is a plus.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software and related components.
- Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, patch management, and performance tuning.
- Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
