- 8 years in communication management with proven experience in large-scale organizational change.
- Experience in public sector or government environments, particularly IT and HR processes.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills; able to translate complex topics into accessible messaging.
- Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of IT governance, project portfolio management, or IT service delivery models.
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in enterprise IT environments and application support integration.
