Requirements
Key Training Areas in the Program:
ü Conduct needs-based sales consultations with prospective clients
ü Develop marketing strategies
ü Relationship building & communication skills
ü Prospect & initiate new business sales
ü Participate in the University of Farmers training program
ü Ability to satisfy & maintain the Illinois insurance licensing requirements
Salary : $32,000 - $50,000
