Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Provide prescribed respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, therapeutic and medicinal gases, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory care services.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal respiratory health and quality of life.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions, reporting changes and adverse reactions to nursing staff and physicians.
- Review physician orders, administer prescribed respiratory therapies, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Inspect, test, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure safe, effective operation and compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current, valid Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Maintains required educational competencies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
