Title - Stipend - Site Supervisor for ELC (Summer 2026)
Location: Early Learning Center (ELC)
General Duties:
The Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program
- Taking part in the hiring process
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement)
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current Instructional Coach or Certified Teacher at the ELC who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: $10,728 (position can be split)
Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes, but is not limited to, the summer school schedule which is:
Summer School will run from June 29 - August 7: Monday through Friday - 2 shifts and 2 sessions

- AM shift: 7:30AM - 1:00PM OR PM shift: 12:30PM - 6:00PM
- session: #1: June 30 - July 17 OR session #2: July 20 - August 7
