Qualifications:
- College graduate with a four-year degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of operations and facilities management experience
- Must have a thorough understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and be able to read and understand plans
- Must have or work to get Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license and FDNY Fire Guard and Certificate of Fitness certifications
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit who can run projects independently
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, & strong attention to detail
- Passion for fitness with a team-first mentality
- Creative problem-solver and ability to flourish in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work flexible schedule in order to accommodate project schedule and site operations
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
