What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst – Commercial (Sales) Finance position at Chelsea Milling Company?
Are you an experienced Finance professional with strong Finance functional skills and an understanding of commercial activities that is looking to add value? If so, the Chelsea Milling Company (“JIFFY” Mix) is looking to add you as the next Commercial Financial Analyst.
The Commercial Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to take on a broad range of responsibilities and be a meaningful driver of value. Acting as a Finance business partner with the Foodservice and Retail segments, this position will support financial performance by providing analysis and reporting on all sales activity. This position will be more weighted (~60%) to the Foodservice business. This position has no direct reports.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES:
- Knowledge and skills in Finance, preferably attained through completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 5-7 years Finance work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to present their individual self and the company in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with an ERP system and BI Tools
- Must be able to operate in areas of high confidentiality
- Preferred experience includes- Manufacturing industry experience, Consumer package goods business experience, Experience with Retail and Foodservice industries, Experience with Plex ERP system.
