Chelsea Management is hiring an experienced Service Coordinator for one of our multi-unit residential apartment community located in Bear DE. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and personable, and will possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills, offer stellar customer service daily, and is a self-motivated, problem solver. You will be located on-site and communicating with our residents, contractors, and staff in-person and via email/text/phone. This is a full-time position and the work schedule will be Monday – Friday. Our on-site management team will provide hands-on training and our professional and friendly staff works as a team to create a happy environment for our residents, visitors, and staff!
Job responsibilities include:
- Processing and coordinating resident maintenance requests
- Personal follow up with residents after services are completed to confirm satisfaction
- Organizing daily work schedule for maintenance staff
- Corresponding with technicians
