Server | Harriett & Ralph Kaplan Estates
$16.00 - $18.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 6:30AM – 2:30PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Provide friendly, respectful meal service to residents, including taking orders, delivering meals, setting up trays, and assisting with resident requests.
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables, stocking supplies, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment before, during, and after meals.
- Clean and sanitize dining spaces, service areas, and equipment while following food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist dietary staff with meal service tasks, including replenishing beverages and supplies and supporting special dietary needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive timely, courteous service and a positive dining experience.
Qualifications for Success:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
