Primary Responsibilities :
Be a customer service expert who will meet and greet guests with a smile.Support the overall operations of the caféAble to multi task and have great time management.Will work independently and maintain sanitation of the general cafe and maintain HACCP logs as well as being responsible for handling the cash register, processing credit cards.Maximize the highest level of guest service by listening, sharing and presenting product, selling product, and responding to guests’ needs in a timely manner.Ring merchandise transactions following proper proceduresJob Requirements :
Friendly, positive attitudeExperience in a restaurant / food service environmentExperience in menu planning.Experience in a lunch / café atmosphere.Must possess Serv-Safe certificate or be able to complete certification requirements.Demonstrates attention to detail. Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Must possess creativity, strong communication skills and exceptional customer service and be able to relate professionally and positively to residents, family members, staff and the public.Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, staff, and the public.Must meet all health requirements in accordance with laws and set forth by the policies of the facility.Physical Requirements :
