General Duties:
The CHS Twilight Program Teacher - Edgenuity responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Frequent communication with students and families
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders
- Creation and implementation of units and lessons
- Creation/collaboration of curricular resources/scope and sequence
- Compliance with any and all special education requirements if applicable
Note: These are minimum requirements. Teachers may expand upon any of these duties as they see fit, but must meet these daily requirements.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current CHS teacher who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: CTU Contractual Hourly Rate - 12 hours per week with 2 hrs of paid prep time.
Dates/Time: The Twilight Program will run weekly through the end of the year. Each core subject teacher will teach 4 days per week (12 hours per week with 2 hrs of paid prep time). Which days are to be organized in collaboration with the program supervisor. Additional details below.
Program Logistics
- When: Monday–Thursday beginning March 23 - End of the School Year
- Time: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (paid prep from 2:30-3:00pm)
