Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $20/hour
- Pay Increases: Based on performance and reliability
- Schedule: 20–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with deck construction and outdoor builds
- Carrying and staging materials
- Measuring, cutting, and installing components
- Working with power tools and equipment
- Supporting lead builders on job sites

Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
