- Demonstrated ability in Employee Training and Employee Learning & Development, including onboarding and continuous skill enhancement.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and measurable learning experiences.
- Experience in sales enablement or sales operations, preferably in financial services, merchant services, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and refine training strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
