We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and customer-focused Retention & Win-Back Specialist to help us reignite relationships, recover accounts, and strengthen merchant loyalty.

What You’ll Do
• Re-engage past and at-risk merchant accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop and execute win-back campaigns that boost retention and customer satisfaction.
• Identify client pain points and craft tailored solutions that rebuild confidence in our service.
• Partner with operations, support, and and finance to ensure seamless reactivations and installs.
• Track and report key retention metrics, save rates, churn reduction, and reactivation success.
What You Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in retention, account management, or inside sales — merchant services experience REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of merchant accounts, processing statements, POS systems, and common industry pain points.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of billing, residuals, or customer experience data is a strong plus.
• Energy, empathy, and persistence, you thrive on turning challenges into wins.
• CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to relationship management.
