🔑 What You’ll Do

• Re-engage past and at-risk merchant accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

• Develop and execute win-back campaigns that boost retention and customer satisfaction.

• Identify client pain points and craft tailored solutions that rebuild confidence in our service.

• Partner with operations, support, and finance to ensure seamless reactivations and installs.

• Track and report on key retention metrics — save rates, churn reduction, and reactivation success.

💼 What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in retention, account management, or inside sales (merchant services preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Knowledge of residuals, billing, or customer experience data is a strong plus.

• Energy, empathy, and persistence — you thrive on turning challenges into wins.

• CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to relationship management.
