Position Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Operations Team, establishing high standards of accountability, performance, and execution.
- Oversee residual tracking, financial reporting, and operational processes with accuracy and integrity.
- Manage customer onboarding, merchant equipment installations, and service delivery to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to strengthen customer service operations and retention.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to streamline systems and optimize operational performance in support of company growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in Operations or Financial Management, preferably within merchant services, fintech, or payment processing.
- Comprehensive understanding of residual structures, chargebacks, and merchant billing processes.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
