• Lead and mentor the operations team, setting the standard for accountability and execution.
• Oversee residual tracking, reporting, and financial operations with precision and integrity.
• Manage customer onboarding, equipment installations, and service delivery to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Strengthen customer service retention by building scalable, efficient processes.
• Partner with leadership to streamline systems that support company growth and performance.

What We’re Looking For
• 5 years in Operations or Financial Management, preferably in merchant services, fintech, or payment processing.
• Deep understanding of residuals, chargebacks, and merchant billing.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A team-builder who thrives in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
