Thursday-Saturday from 4pm-8pm
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Take out Dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including bussing tables and sanitizing work surfaces regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage food handling responsibilities with adherence to safety protocols, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone or in person by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math helps in managing transactions smoothly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering outstanding customer service.
