Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Honolulu, HI, for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting routine checkups, and educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring optimal care is delivered in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in healthcare documentation, electronic medical records (EMR), and patient record management
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patient communication, collaboration with healthcare teams, and decision-making capabilities
- Professional certifications and a valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Hawaii
