As an Account Supervisor, you are the engine that keeps our team’s efforts moving in the right direction to deliver our work on time, on budget, and in line with our standards and Samsung’s needs – while also bridging the gap between our teams and our clients’ teams seamlessly.
Our Account Supervisor will report into our Leadership team, meaning they will need to manage expectations both internally and with clients – escalating issues as needed and always being solution minded.

About The Role

Relationship Management
- Works collaboratively with multiple client groups, partner agencies and internal teams.
- Builds and maintains relationship as the lead on the day-to-day delivery of specific project/campaign objectives.
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of their clients' business and category, and is able to translate business problems into digital strategies and solutions.
- Understands& respects every department’s role in delivering great work and building relationships.
- Clearly communicates with clients and ensures always-on alignment throughout projects.
- Builds a relationship with clients based upon trust and respect - is able to push back when necessary and negotiate accordingly.
- Works integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work on brief.
- Manages client objectives, expectations and timelines and communicates changes/directions to internal team members.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills that encourage participation and effect desired outcomes for meetings.
- Acts as a resource to all team members, focused on enabling their success, and is actively involved in overall team health and culture.
- Develops trust, motivates and mentors teams. Partners with department leads to optimize collaborative processes; fosters culture of empathy and partnership especially in times when the need to discuss challenges arise.
- Manages timeline and budget, including timeline maintenance, tracking of invoices, coordination with agency producers and client team to ensure projects are managed on time and within given budget, and budget/timeline changes are tracked & approved.
- Anticipates production costs, logistics, watch-outs, and what ideas are doable / not doable within a client budget.
- Leads client communications across all touch-points throughout a project lifespan.
- Ensures all scopes and schedules are completed and signed in a timely manner.
- Understands the importance of burn reports to help growth and efficient running of the business.
- Strong management of day-to-day projects, ensuring effective collaboration and execution, specifically high volume email campaign executions
- Recognizes team issues/deficiencies and raises to senior team members.
- Manages up to direct manager and knows when and how to lean on senior leadership. Able to delegate to junior team members, exhibiting a clear understanding of process and campaign management.
- Clear communicator across teams, whether delivering Client feedback or providing a POV.
- Runs internal and external meetings and ensures agreements are met.
- Helps manage productions and up managing, side managing and down managing throughout.
- Works integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work on brief.
- Works closely with Cheil Client PMs to facilitate all timelines creative work client presentations.
- Understands staffing and scoping requirements and works closely with PM team to develop scopes and timelines for the projects managed.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops contingency plans by anticipating client needs/reactions and acts accordingly.

- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Agency experience required
- 5 years of client-facing advertising industry experience managing the creation and delivery of great work.
- Specific expertise in CRM, managing high volume email marketing campaigns and activities
- Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
- Knowledge of CRM Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Campaign Manager highly desirable
- Organized and detail-oriented. Experience with project management software
- Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
- This is a hybrid position 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
