What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Coordinator position at Chefman & CHEF iQ?
Description
- Review and process incoming orders (manual and EDI) by checking against our current inventory levels and warehouses.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and Logistics to make sure orders are entered promptly and accurately and make necessary changes/request extensions.
- Check all orders to ensure accuracy of price, case pack configuration, ship dates etc.
- Manage the customer database in OODLE and update customer Master sheets
- Proficient in processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth flow from order receipt to fulfillment
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel/Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP's
- Experience with EDI order processing preferred
- Prior knowledge of Amazon VC, Walmart Retail Link and SPS Commerce a plus
