The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is a three Michelin-starred restaurant located in Manhattan. Chef Max Natmessnig and Marco Prins strive to deliver a menu that is both exceptional in quality, taste and uniqueness. Our 12 course menu must be presented in a way which mirrors the level of food created. As Captain, you will be expected to ensure each dish is presented accordingly and that our guests have nothing short of a great time.
