The food at Chef’s Special focuses on American-Chinese classics featuring big flavors and texture that hit all senses of the palate from sweet and spicy to bitter and umami. Rooted in conveying a warm feeling of nostaligia with an approachable atmosphere and menu we highlight local vendors and ingredients. This position is best suited for individuals who are detailed oriented, creative and thrive in the challenge of a fast paced atmosphere.
