Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager based in Goodlettsville, TN. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, manage catering sales, plan memorable events, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering premium food and beverage experiences to all clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning, including the ability to design and oversee events from inception to completion.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to nurture and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a passion for culinary excellence and hospitality.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate leadership in managing events and sales goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary starting at $48,000 annually, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, along with commission on food and beverage sales. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off with two weeks of vacation and six additional PTO days.
