**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Server/Cashier who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume kitchens, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain a high standard of service. This role involves fixing and plating orders, handling cashier duties, and expediting orders to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Candidate needs to be able to thrive in high pressure environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and plate dishes accurately according to restaurant standards.
- Expedite orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and manage transactions efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and serving area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during peak hours.
