Salary: $2.50 Tips / Our servers normally receive a range between $140 - $300 depending on the day and level of service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of supply needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions.
Experience
- Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.
- Proven customer service excellence with the ability to engage diverse guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with beverage brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus; hospitality experience is highly valued.
