Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating for various menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently serving customers and managing food orders
- Help with setup and breakdown of banquet or special event catering as required
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments
