What You’ll Do- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients including baking, chopping, peeling, portioning, and measuring
- Cook and prepare food using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
- Monitor food while cooking and ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain excellent food presentation standards
- Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized
- Properly store ingredients and prepared items
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to leadership
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Previous experience as a baker, cook, or similar kitchen role
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, bakeware, and cooking tools
- Knowledge of cooking and baking techniques including grilling, baking, boiling, and prep work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-volume environment
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Food Handler card
