What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Marketing Manager position at Chef Driven Hospitality?
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our family at Chef Driven Hospitality. This role will be tasked with elevating our online presence, strengthening guest engagement, and supporting brand growth across the portfolio.
This role is weighted towards social media management but will also support broader marketing needs, such as website updates, the delivery of email campaigns, local marketing initiatives and more.
Please note that this is an in-office position. Work from home is offered under certain circumstances. There is no hybrid guarantee.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars for each of the group’s 15 restaurant brands, plus our corporate parent brand.
- Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
- Write on-brand, engaging captions that fulfill all SEO requirements, and ensure accuracy of specials, menus, and promotions.
- Collaborate with our in-house content team and graphic designer to brief and execute content needs.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, interact with local accounts, and escalate service issues when necessary.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track and report on social media KPIs.
- Ensure visual and tonal consistency for each individual brand.
- Support the team with wider marketing initiatives, such as email campaign planning, influencer outreach and creating high-impact campaigns.
- Support the maintenance of our central asset library.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, or multi-location brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok performance drivers.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and calendars simultaneously.
- Exceptional writing skills with a feel for tone, energy, and story.
- Ability to translate trends into on-brand content ideas.
- Experience working with creatives.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics.
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite) a plus.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
