Job Description

Co-leads targeted recruitment strategies with community college partners and contributes to broader systems change efforts;
  • Equips partners to lead outreach and recruitment within their networks: Provides resources, training, and messaging guidance to partners so they can promote the program through their own trusted channels, expanding visibility and reducing recruitment barriers in local communities;
  • Supports data analysis and continuous improvement: Reviews lead sources, conversion metrics, and partner feedback to identify areas of strength and gaps in recruitment efforts;
  • Collaborates with internal teams to align external engagement with program implementation: Coordinates with the Participant Experience, Marketing, District Support, and Evaluation teams to ensure consistent communication and aligned partner supports;
  • Contributes to the development of outreach tools and materials: Helps shape recruitment content such as flyers, info decks, email templates, and outreach toolkits for use across internal and partner-led efforts;
  • And, other duties as assigned within the scope of this position: Supports storytelling, documentation, public presentations, and team initiatives as needed.
