Role Description
This is a Semi-Part-time hybrid role (Hours fluctuate as we are growing) for a Sales Marketing Manager. We are based in Cotati, CA, with remote work flexibility Come in once a week work from home). Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying and securing sales opportunities, building relationships with clientele, and driving brand awareness. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations and effective communication to represent the company's values. Leveraging marketing tools and techniques to attract new clients and maintain lasting relationships will also be key aspects of the job.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Marketing Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Planning
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, and Content Creation
- Strong skills in Communication, Networking, and Presentation
- Ability to manage Projects, Events and lead teams effectively
- Grow with us and help with strategic sales and marketing planning
- Willing to go to events to oversee management and support company efforts
- Be a natural salesperson
- Know Quickbooks online, Mailchimp, Google work space. Zapier and Paperform a plus.
- Knowledge in the food and hospitality industry is a must
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Associate
