Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Grill sandwiches, prepare soups, sides, and other menu items efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Stock and prep ingredients before and during shifts.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory.
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler Certification
