Cheeseman Transport is hiring a CDL A Regional Truck Driver in Fort Wayne, Greencastle, and New Castle, IN, and Fort Recovery, OH. Drivers will be driving within 500 miles delivering forklifts, batteries, tow motors and their parts. Come be a part of the Cheeseman journey!
Cheeseman CDL-A Truck Driver Compensation and Benefits
- Gross $1,800 - paid weekly via direct deposit

Cheeseman Truck Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL-A license
- Must have 6 months of driving experience
- Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements OR be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
- No felony in the past 7 years
- No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home time: Home on the weekend and once during the week

Route: Delivering east of the Mississippi River (including Texas), including:
- Greencastle, New Castle, and Fort Wayne, IN
- Fort Recovery, Mansfield, Troy, and Cleveland, OH
- Charlotte and Kinston, NC
- Bloomsburg and DuBois, PA
- Wheeling, WV
- Greer, SC
- Level of touch: Securing freight with wooden blocks and nail gun

- Newer model truck
- Automatic transmission
- Governed speed: 70 mph
- ELD equipped using Samsara
- APU and inverters
- Outward facing camera
Salary : $1,800
