Job Title: Window Clerk (Shipping)_
Job Summary:
The window clerk’s main responsibility is to manage the flow of OB drivers by confirming correct pick-up information, assigning proper doors and communicating all information that needs to be relayed to CMA loaders. Once that is completed, verify all paperwork is correct and complete to sign out driver and ship to the end user.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Confirm check in paperwork at the window while assigning/directing drivers to dock doors
- Manages all dock doors accordingly to staged OB orders
- Responsible for maintaining drop trailers and paperwork
- Verifies all orders are picked complete for scheduled APT time and communicates with shipping lead if orders are not complete
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm outbound security/accuracy.

Hours & Classification:
The receiving clerk would be working first shift hours that could range from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work week is Monday through Friday with some occasional weekends as needed
